Robotic Welding

C4 Welding acquired 2 FANUC Robotic Welders in 2022. 

With these robotic welders, we have been able to take production welding to the next level for our customers by leaning out costs in tooling and labor.  Automated processes are making things faster, less expensive, and more efficient; and the welding sector has not been left behind.  Combining the latest technology with high-precision robotic welding and our expertise of critical welding we are able to exceed your expectations with quality welds in a timely manner.

You won’t find the same level of internal expertise when dealing with most welding companies.   3. NAVSEA S9074‐AQ‐GIB‐010/248 (MIL‐STD‐248) and S9074‐AQ‐GIB‐010/278 (MIL‐STD‐278)

At the same time, many procedures conform to customer‐specific and other agency‐required standards such as:
